·         Go to known libraries in Tripoli like “Al-Kindi”, “Al-Shawa”, and “Al-Safadi” to take advantage of the book resources and the tasks required to run the library.

·         Discuss this project with known associations in Tripoli and ask them if they have a place in their buildings to construct or design the library in it.
